Perhaps your search criteria are too specific. You need to drill down with more detail. ie. Home for sale by owner rhinebeck new york colonial hot tub river view etc.
Also, maybe your web page doesn’t have enough detail on it to make it relevant to the search.
Maybe your web page hasn’t been up for long enough.

PS. Post the link to your web page. Rhinebeck is a nice area, maybe I’d be interested in the house.

Get involved in the local folk art. Then when you return home you’ll have more than a little trinket to remember your adventure by, and while you are still there you can sell that stuff to the tourists!

Yes they can, My sister got a divorce, the house was in both names, and the bank refused to allow her husband to remove his name from the deed, they allowed it to be foreclosed on, then she bought it in an auction. (For considerable less than what was owed I might add)

if they could afford to but the house back, why was it foreclosed on…this seems improbable but it’s legal i suppose
