actually a large ammount of emo bands smoke weed and abuse pills. May not be coke or anything like that, but it’s still drugs nonetheless.

Well early emo bands, the ones that were more punk oriented did drugs. Members of Fugazi have admitted to drug use, as well as Minor Threat and a few other “emotional hardcore” bands. Modern emo bands(like hawthorne heights and other shitty new emo bands) have been widely known for abusing pills . Other offshoots of emo like screamo and modern hardcore have a lot of potheads and hard drug users.
