This is a dream house in Beverly hills built up to the best standard in Egypt. Designed by the American architect Mr. Peter Antone and built by Evergreen Urban Development Egypt. Main house is 3 floors, Ground and first are one villa (main villa) while the second floor is an apartment that is accessed either through the main villa or through a separate stair case and elevator which gives privacy and independence. We have a 2 bedroom could be 3 if needed and 1 bath house with 2 acres and a 2 car detached garage with a 3 stable barn and a field that i have 2 donkeys on anyways my wife is pregnant and we r gonna sell this house and buy a bigger one well we found one but we aint sold our house yet the payment is 5oo a month and we thought about rentin it to my cousin for the payment until t he house sells the only thing im worried abut is if she moves out im stuck with 1300 house payments every month i know nothin abt rentin and i dunno if my bank will even let me do that but if u could give me some advise id appreciate it. also the house we r lookin at is for sale by owner but if we dont buy it soon they r puttin it in real estate and raisin the price $20,000

When I lived at home we had them at our house or my grandparents’ house. Now that my husband and I have moved 500 miles away, we’re in an apartment. We have a lot of junk we’d like to be able to sell not thru ebay or consignment shops, but don’t know the best way to go about it. Any ideas?

I bought a house with a detached garage, which supposedly was not part of the sale. But I think I am paying taxes on it since that address does not appear in the Revenue of taxes page. And my taxes are the same amount the previous owners were paying before I bought it.
I have tried calling the Bureau of Revenue Taxes but either get a busy signal or I am in an outomated system and can’t get thru to a live person. By the way it has been a year since I bought the house.
