Does anyone know how to find out the status of a home that has been vacant almost a year?
I found a house that I absolutley love. It needs work on the inside. The owners ripped out the furnace, stove, doors, etc. before they moved out. I know the owners have left town. I have checked the sheriff sales and real estate sites. I am at a complete dead end. I know the people are crooks. They had other properties in the area that are up for sheriff’s sale, just not the one they actually lived in. Does anyone know how I could find out how to buy this house. Like I said it’s been vacant for almost a year. Someone has to know something? All your advice would be appreciated

Is it illegal, unethical to propose a land contract/lease option deal to a realtor showing home for seller.?
Realtors rely on "Total Sale" of home. I do not want to insult owner or realtor and not be considered as a viable buyer.I am in love with this house.I would be willing to pay realtors "lost commission". I am only eligible for 3/4 of home $ through FHA and have very little down $. HELP!!!
