years knowing w/o a doubt it was haunted and you did not disclose this to buyer as it was your reason for selling. Who would?No prob there.Demonic entity.New owner(stuck)in house for 17 years w gradual knowledge by experience.Owner to put up for sale soon(to disclose still a Q)Would you as the original seller be willing to discuss this w present owner?Even after 17 years has gone by?I think it would seem to come out of the blue.I’m present owner but have to know a few answers.What did they experience?How obvious?, how soon after moving in?Were they followed after move?And I’d appreciate anything else they offered to tell me.If you were the previous owners, how would you feel or deal w this?(I didnt belive in haunted houses, I dont like paranormal, I dont watch movies or programs concerning paranormal, I’ve never been interested in hunts haunts, I detest cemetaries(now)), this has been a difficult 17yrs.Best help is from Neil T Anderson’s “The Bondage Breaker” But back to my questions..
No,I BOUGHT the house without being told 17 years ago!My question was about ME contacting that seller.Its been hard living here and I wanted to know THEIR experience.THEY did not tell US.I WAS GOING TO LEAVE IT UP 2 MY REALTOR ABOUT DISCLOSING THIS AND ALL OTHER LEGALITIES, AND (YAWN)YES MY ATTORNEY.YOU THINK I CAN LOOK A YOUNG CHILD IN THE EYE AND SELL THIS HOUSE TO HIS/HER PARENTS?THAT IS WHY I NEEDED TO TALK TO THE PREVIOUS OWNERS.TO CLARIFY EVERYTHING.SELLING THIS HOUSE AS HAUNTED(hey, house comes with pool,fireplace,demons, heated garage)WILL BE BRINGING PEOPLE IN HERE THAT I DONT NECESSARILY WANT WALKING THRU MY HOUSE.NOT TO MENTION,TOUTING THE HOUSE AS HAUNTED W DEMONS-I MEAN-I’M MAKING A BUCK SELLING DEMONS?THE QUESTION CONCERNED me contacting the people who sold us the house in 1989.ASKING YOU to put yourself in THEIR shoes.OF COURSE I’M CONCERNED-YOUR READING THIS HUH?I GUESS I’LL GO THE MOST OFTEN SUGGESTION-SELL IT AS HAUNTED ON EBAY!but then what if the demons R A NO SHOW?
