What kind of paperwork do I need to have in order before sell my house without a realtor in Texas?

My home is listed “for sale by owner” and I’m entertaining offers. I don’t know what next steps and paperwork needs to be handled on my end before the sale is finalized. I’d like to protect my seller’s rights and prevent legal recourse by the buyers because I didn’t follow some obscure real estate law.

Can anyone who has recently sold their home tell me what the usual process time is?

How long do I usually have to find a new home and settle all the escrow paperwork from the time I put my house up for sale? Lets say I put the house for sale in the middle to end of April, by whendo you estimate that all the paperwork, hassels, and everything will be settled and by when would I be at the new house? This is my first time selling my house so I have no idea on the processing time. Thanks!

Buying a house from a relocation company?

The house we are thinking about buying is a house the owner sold to a relocation company…My broker gave me this 20 page addendum, which I’ve given my lawyer(who hasn’t gotten back to me yet, which is why I’m asking here). Both brokers are using high pressure sales tatics to get me to sign these papers. What is usually in these paperwork from relo companies? My broker (who is supposed to be a buyer’s agent, LOL) says that these addendum contracts are NOT revisable. Yet, I’ve read on other real estate forums that they are. Is there anything I should know about dealing with a relo property, because all the realtors involved are just interested in selling here, and it looks like the only person who can protect me is me and my attorney. Thanks

What is included in the process of selling land FSBO?

What do i need to do to prepare for the land to be sold? What i mean by this is legally what paperwork or forms do i have to have filled out or ready for the buyer to fill out? Not just to fulfill my lawful duties but also contracts etc. that are meant to protect my well being financially or otherwise, as well as the buyer. If i find a buyer who wants to finance how does that work in a for sale by owner transaction? Where can i get a hold of these things and will i need instruction from a legal adviser or Realtor or is it pretty straight forward? I live in florida and i’m wanting to sell approximately 10 acres of land located in TN. It previously had a a house on the property that has burned down. Septic, well, light pole, pond, and other perks all still there.

last year i purchased a partial interest in 3 lots of land in the state of oregon from my brother in law and?

who was co-owner with my husband. the paperwork i drew up to prove it was an "owner’s sale and agreement and earnest money receipt", purchased at a local stationary store, where he acknowledged receipt of ,000.00 paid by me, the balance of ,000.00 due him upon the sale of the property. it is completed properly, however it was done in haste leaving no time to have it notarized. it is signed and dated by both of us outlining the details, and i gave him a cashier’s check, drawn on a local bank. is this agreement legal and binding if should he decide to change his mind?
