This is a dream house in Beverly hills built up to the best standard in Egypt. Designed by the American architect Mr. Peter Antone and built by Evergreen Urban Development Egypt. Main house is 3 floors, Ground and first are one villa (main villa) while the second floor is an apartment that is accessed either through the main villa or through a separate stair case and elevator which gives privacy and independence. There is also a seperate villa in the garden next to the swimming pool ( Pool house) that can be accessed through the garden but also has a separate entrance and garage. Land area is 1800 SQ meter and the built area is around 900 Sq meters. 7bedrooms, 9 bathrooms, 3 kitchens and 2 main Gates. Walls are insulated ( 45 cm thickness with foam layer in the middle). 19 Air condition units with special arrangement for the compressors and drainage of condensed water. 3 telephone lines with special numbers ending with 777, 888, and 999. The owner has his own contracting company in case the buyer will want any modifications done.

Now I am working in a Mortgage Company in Chicago with stable salary and I own a condo and a car. Our company is expanding to Las Vegas, I’d like to know if I shall move to Las Vegas to start a new branch office over there? I will be the office manager, but my income will be commission based with totally new market. I have no idea Las Vegas’s real estate industry and mortgage market, and what will be my new career future in Las Vegas? I m a single girl. Just seperated with BF. Shall I sell my condo in Chicago before I move to Las Vegas or keep it, in case later, i can come back Chicago if the market is not good in LV. How can I keep my condo here in Chicago, rent it out, who take care of the rent and maintainence? It is a big challenge choice for me. thanks and look forward to getting your instant response.

I’m trying to find out if the house I am renting is listed for rent or sale by the owner.

Isn’t there normally 30 days for closing on a house? I am asking because the house I rented ( in KY) got sold and the owners told me when it went up for sale that they were required to give me 30 days to move out. Now that the house is sold, the real estate agent told me I have to pay the new owner rent for the 30 days. Am I getting screwed? I didn’t have a lease and I was out within 15 days.
